We recommend these top quality coasters from England (reel clamps if you will),
for tournament casting, lighter duty fishing, testing reel placement before
installing a permanent reel seat, or any other use that requires a secure relocation
of the reel. NOT recommended for heavy duty fishing applications where large
amounts of torque will be applied, i.e. Drum Fishing. For best results, apply over
butts wrapped in cork tape, heat shrink tubing or Rod Wrap™. Sizes noted are in a
fully open position. Make sure to allow for the reel foot as well.
