Rocket Fuel's NEW Liquid Grease is a new extra high viscosity (a whopping SAE of 460) formulation and HO is the 1st to have it! ~ Designed for LARGER REELS that where not really intended to be cast any distance or reels with little to no cast control. Rocket Fuel XS is a denser viscosity (slower) formulation than the Red Formula but a little thinner and faster than Liquid Grease. It's not "officially" available to the masses however, HO now has it in limited quantities. In fact, it's so limited, Tony has to package it in the Tournament Formula Bottles with "Tournament" marked out and "XS" hand written on the bottle with a magic marker. ~ Designed for ULTIMATE CONTROL in harder to tame spools where the Red might be just a little too fast but LG is too slow. It is just what the doctor ordered for those speed demons that tend to want to blow up in your face just as the blitz begins! Also recommended for those of you just starting out with conventionals. This now famous oil from England was designed especially for long casting conventional reels and is what is supplied with every Penn 525 Mag. It will give you more control at the start of the cast where it's most needed and then thin out for the duration of the cast where less braking is required, most other oils stay the same viscosity throughout. The Red Formula is a tad easier to control and will last a little longer than the Yellow or Tournament Formulas listed below. When used in conjunction with centrifugal brake blocks or magnetic controls it enables the caster to achieve great distance time after time without using the mechanical/end cap spool control on a totally free running reel. This is the one we recommend to slow down those reels that are a little unruly and for the less experienced caster in most fishing applications. ~ 30 ml bottle ~ IN STOCK!

This is the original Rocket Fuel Formula and is for use in smaller Hi-Speed conventional reels up to Abu 6500 size reels. This is the oil that's factory installed in every Abu Mag (and what's in the little white bottle with only a red stripe around it) and every Penn Tournament 525 Mag they ship. The Yellow Formula is recommended for more experienced casters and/or those willing to maintain their reels a little more than required with the Red Label above, however it's a great oil for long distance fishing applications and still very durable.
